By buying from this site you agree to these terms. They sit alongside your rights under Malaysian consumer law, which they do not replace.

Every item we list is second-hand unless the listing says otherwise. The grade, the test date and the list of what is included are accurate at the time of listing, and the photographs are of the actual item.

Prices are in Malaysian ringgit and include SST where it applies. We may change a price at any time before you order; once your order is confirmed, the price is fixed.

An order is accepted when we send the confirmation email. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order it — the risk of single-unit stock — we tell you and refund you in full.

We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost data, lost earnings or the cost of a replacement while a warranty claim is in progress. Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
