Every item we sell is covered by us for three months from the day it is delivered. The term is printed on the listing, and it does not depend on the grade — a Fair-graded card is covered exactly as long as a Mint one.

Cover means we repair the item, replace it with the same grade or better, or refund you. Which of those happens is our choice, and we make it within five working days of the item reaching us.

The cover does not extend to accidental damage, liquid damage, or a part that has been opened or modified after it left us. Consumable wear — a laptop battery that has lost capacity within its stated health figure — is not a fault.

Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

You can return anything within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, for any reason or none. The item needs to come back with everything it shipped with, in a condition we could sell again at the grade we sold it at.

Start a return by replying to your order confirmation. We send a prepaid label for anything faulty; for a change of mind the return postage is yours.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within five working days of the item arriving with us. We will tell you when we have it.

A return is not a warranty claim — if something fails after the 14 days, it is the warranty above that covers you, and for longer.

We ship across Peninsular Malaysia and to East Malaysia. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day leave the same day; anything after that goes the next morning.

Peninsular deliveries usually arrive in one to two working days, East Malaysia in three to five. You get a tracking number as soon as the parcel is collected.

Everything is packed for its own weight: graphics cards and laptops travel double-boxed with foam, and monitors keep their original packaging wherever we have it.

We do not ship outside Malaysia at the moment.

We accept FPX online banking from every major Malaysian bank, along with Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards.

Payment is taken in full when you place the order. Prices on the site include SST where it applies, and the total you approve at checkout is the total you pay — there is no separate handling fee.

Card details are entered on our payment provider's page and never reach our servers.
