RELAY collects the information it needs to sell you hardware and nothing beyond it: your name, delivery address, email address and phone number when you place an order, and your email address alone if you subscribe to stock alerts.

Payment details are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.

We use your data to fulfil your order, to answer you when you contact us, and to meet our obligations for tax and accounting records. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone except the courier delivering your parcel and the providers that run our payments and email.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@relay.example. We answer within 21 days, as the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 requires.

We keep order records for seven years because tax law requires it. Everything else we delete when it stops being useful.
